- Do you also deliver the goods abroad?
Yes. We ship the goods within Europe.
- What payment methods are available?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Sofort, purchase on account, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and in advance.
- How many days do I have to return the item?
You have a right of return of 14 days.
- How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please use our cancellation form. You will find this in the bottom section under "Cancellation policy".
- What are the delivery and shipping conditions?
Shipping within Germany is free. For shipments within Europe, shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Our shipping partner is DHL.
- Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number.
- Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is protected by SSL. Your transaction and payment data is handled by our payment providers using secure encryption in compliance with strict banking standards.
- How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time within Germany is usually between 1-3 working days. The delivery time within Europe is usually between 3-7 working days.
- Are the cases made of real carbon & forged carbon?
Yes, the cases are made of 100% real carbon & forged carbon.
- How can I find out if my order has been received?
We will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the order process. If you have not received an email from us yet, please first check the spam folder in your email inbox.
- Where will my package be sent from?
We ship all our products from our warehouse in Germany.

import duties & customs
Items shipped within the EU are shipped duty paid (DDP) . This means that all relevant import duties and fees are already included in the final purchase price.
For orders to countries outside the EU, customs fees and import sales tax may be charged in the destination country. You must pay these fees and import duties yourself.
Carbon Deluxe assumes no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates and changes in currency value that may be charged by your bank or credit card company when payment is made in your local currency.
